For Celtic Whispers, Joyfull Strings turn their dulcimers toward the British Isles, covering a round of the region's folk melodies in a refined contemporary instrumental style. Button accordion, tin whistle, and fiddle accentuate "Lily of the West," "Gentle Maiden," "Bill Malley's Barndance," and "The Foggy Dew," painting their contours with a Celtic glow; however, Celtic Whispers is really better suited as pleasant background music for dulcimer or contemporary instrumental fans, as it emphasizes those elements.

Just wanted to drop a note to say hello, and let you know how wonderful our Christmas day was while in the background all day were the beautiful tones of your "A Midnight Clear" CD.
Our daughters were the ones you delighted so much while we were selling our holly at the Holiday Food & Gift Festival in Portland. Melissa (our oldest) really enjoys the CD. I purchased it for her birthday and all of her friends at college are asking her where she got the CD and who the artists are! I couldn't wait until she came home for the holidays so I could play it!
As we venture into another new business this year, I will undoubtedly be purchasing your other Christmas CD's to play at our store during the holidays. It amazes me that the same songs performed by other artist are not nearly as soothing and relaxing. Yours will be the music I play for the highly desired "peaceful" time during the busy holidays!
